Shipping & Delivery Policy

Effective Date: November 2026. This policy explains how RelayWA delivers its digital software, developer tools, API tokens, and messaging services to customers.

1. Exclusively Digital SaaS Products

RelayWA (operated by RelayWA Technologies) is exclusively a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and API communications gateway provider. Our software allows registered users to link their existing WhatsApp phone numbers and programmatically dispatch text, media, documents, and polls.

2. No Physical Goods or Parcel Shipping

Zero Tangible Shipments: RelayWA does not manufacture, package, store, ship, or physically courier any tangible goods, parcels, hardware, or postal materials. Any purchase made through our platform is strictly for digital access and cloud API credits.

3. Method of Electronic Delivery & Timelines

All digital deliverables are provisioned and fulfilled electronically via the internet:

  • Account Creation & Welcome Credit: Upon submitting your registration and confirming the verification link sent to your email, your workspace and your ₹10 promotional welcome credit are provisioned instantaneously (within seconds).
  • API Credentials: Scoped API tokens (e.g. messages:send, messages:read) are generated in real-time within your dashboard interface upon clicking “Create API Key”.
  • WhatsApp Session Activation: Once you scan the pairing QR code from your phone (WhatsApp → Linked Devices), socket authentication is established immediately.
  • Outbound Message Processing: Accepted API jobs are placed into edge worker queues in under 50 milliseconds and transmitted live over persistent WebSockets.

4. UPI Wallet Recharge Fulfillment

Wallet top-up recharges are processed via manual UPI transfer to sumanmalikrepo@slc:

  • After making a UPI payment, you must submit the payment amount and the 12-digit bank reference number (UTR) on the Wallet Top-Up page.
  • Our operations team independently confirms the UTR reference with our banking partner.
  • Under standard operating conditions, credits are applied to your wallet ledger within 15 to 60 minutes of submission during our active operating hours (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST). Submissions received outside operating hours are credited the following morning.

5. Shipping & Handling Fees

Because all RelayWA services are delivered electronically through web browsers and HTTPS API endpoints, there are zero shipping, courier, or packaging charges (₹0.00) associated with any account, tier, or transaction on the platform.

6. Non-Delivery or Access Issues

If you have completed registration or submitted a verified UPI payment but have not received access to your dashboard, API keys, or wallet balance within the expected timeline, please reach our fulfillment desk immediately:
